GEOENGINEERING: WEATHER MODIFICATION PATENTS 24 SEPT 2017
The major powers on the globe have put a lot of research into geo-engineering in order to modify the weather. The recent unusual major hurricanes that are hitting the Caribbean are suspicious to say the least, and if they were the result of geo-engineering, then sinister. As you may know, Brzezinski (Illuminati, CFR, co-fndr Trilateral Comm., Bilderberger, Pres. advisor) in the 1970’s wrote that weather modification would be a future weapon.
