YOUR GREATEST WEALTH, YOUR HEALTH: choosing life in an age of death traps 12 AUGUST 2019
Since I began exposing the World Order in 1990, I have encouraged all of us to make life-giving healthy choices. Such choices are pleasing to God who said: [I have]…”set before thee…life and good, and death and evil…Choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live…” (A) The negative reactions of many Christians to my suggestion that we eat healthy has been shocking to me; & so I have felt the desire to discuss this issue from a Biblical point of view, so that people might realize that choosing health is not a frivolous fad for Christians, but a duty. The enemy of humanity has systematically created death traps in our food supply, & to avoid these death traps requires wisdom & awareness. As 3 JN 1:2 says, I “pray you may enjoy good health…”
EATING THE KING’S FOOD. In my talk at the Free Your Mind Conference 2, I talked about Thomas Parr (allegedly 1482-1635) who has gotten lots of attention in the past. Both Reuben & Van Dyck painted his portrait & Henry David Thoreau mentioned in his book Walden. What got everyone’s attention was his old age of 155. English King Charles invited this long living Shropeshire peasant to the King’s castle where in 3 weeks the King’s food killed him. Thomas had regularly eaten a diet of homemade cheese, healthy coarse bread, & a sour whey drink. It is controversial if he was actually 155, some think 70 yrs. old is more closer…but whatever his old age…the fact is that the king’s food killed him rather quickly. Today, we all can eat rich delicacies like kings of old, and can suffer the same health problems.
GODLY MEN REFUSE THE KING’S FOOD. In another era, several wise godly men who ate plain healthy food were ordered by their king to eat his palace food. At risk of angering him, Daniel had turned the king down with this challenge: “Prove thy servants…let them give us pulse to eat…Then let our countenances be looked upon before thee, and the countenance of the children that eat of the portion of the king’s meat [food]:…” (B) After 10 days, these godly men days looked better than those eating the king’s food. (C) Their desire to eat healthy follows God’s word in PS 119:93: “I will never forget Your precepts, For by them You have given me life.”
SCRIPTURAL GUIDELINES. Actually the scriptures give us plenty of guidelines that should prevent us from falling into the world’s death traps. For instance, “Be not conformed to the world…that ye may prove what is good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God.”(D) “Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.”(E) But obviously, the world’s food: such things as coke and potato chips, are not considered by most Christians as a “thing” of the world. Strangely, worldly food that is well-designed to entice the eater without providing good nutrition is not considered a thing of the world. These processed foods are created with worldly values and goals in mind. Perhaps people should be aware of how these foods are created with the goal of attraction & addiction, while the health of the consumer is not a priority. In fact, the opposite exists, as the goal of the leadership of these food corporations is quietly in line with Illuminati goals (population reduction & dumbing us down) the foods are prepared to damage our health & brains. Worldly food would fit the term “pleasures of sin”. (F)
MORE GUIDELINES. We are called upon to “give [our] bodies to God in a living and holy sacrifice” (G) Our “bodies are the temples of the Holy Spirit…you are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.” (H) “And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and He shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.”(I) As someone aptly said, Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live. But not only that, it is the temple for God’s Holy Spirit.
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS. Some have protested that God will miraculously give them health, they don’t need to worry about food. There is a kernel of truth in this, that we should place spiritual priorities first and God can override the dangers of the world…the Word said we could even drink poison and be protected (J)…but such instances are to be situations where we have little choice…not unnecessary daily habits.
May the Holy Spirit inspire all of us to make choices for life. Have a blessed day my friend.
