ATM CARDS NOT WORKING. (3 OCT 2016)

The ATM/Credit cards of Toronto-Dominion Bank of Canada and the Deutsche Bank in Germany have not been working since yesterday. People are welcome to leave more follow up news on the thread. I am in the last stages of getting ready for my trip tomorrow.

U.N. troops are on maneuvers in New Jersey with all kinds of equipment. We have seen foreign troops in America before like last June in VA, WV, and NC. I don’t know the bigger picture as to why they are here, but I believe these repeated exercises are fundamentally being done because at some point, foreign troops will patrol American streets.
